A rarely made table wine, often grown solely for sparkling bases. Only the most exceptional fruit is put aside for a still bottling. The small dark berries produce a light bodied wine with an intense morello cherry fragrance and a palate of opulent fruit, savory tannins and refreshing acidity typical of the Snowy Mountain foothills of Tumbarumba.
