Pinot Gris relishes the cold mountain climate of Tumbarumba, NSW. The small dark skinned berries produce a medium bodied white wine of texture and richness. Musk and ripe pear, honeydew melon and nectarine aromas which complement a detailed palate of pear skin texture and length with a touch of pepper and spice.
