Semillon from the Hunter Valley is a distinctive and unique wine. Pale and vibrant when young. Developing extreme texture, incredible richness and complexity with age. Tghe warm and dry 2017 vintage allowed perfectly ripe fruit to be harvested wsith a great natural acidity. The aromas of lemon peel and lemon curd and bright acidity endure even after the years of laying to rest.
