An elegant and expressive sparkling wine, is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from the cool-climate Tumbarumba region.

This 2022 vintage was matured on tirage for almost three years before disgorgement, building complexity and finesse.

Fresh acidity and minerality reflect the region’s terroir, while extended lees ageing delivers creamy texture, persistent fine bubbles and subtle brioche notes. Flavours of green apple, citrus and red berries are balanced by toast and floral aromatics, creating a harmonious, refined and beautifully structured sparkling wine.

Sourced from the cool-climate slopes of Tumbarumba, it captures the elegance and finesse Pinot Noir is known for, while reflecting the unique character of the region. A short maturation in French oak adds a gentle touch of complexity without overpowering the fruit, allowing purity and vibrancy to shine through.

In the glass, it shows a light ruby hue with delicate garnet at the rim, hinting at both its freshness and subtle cellaring potential. The palate is silky and refined, with bright red berry fruit, soft spice, and fine tannins carried by a long, balanced finish.

The 2024 Single Vineyard Pinot Meunier is a captivating expression of this rare and intriguing variety, earning a Silver Medal at the Riverina Wine Show and an impressive 93 points in the Halliday Wine Companion.

Sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Tumbarumba, this elegant wine showcases the unique personality of Pinot Meunier beyond its traditional role in Champagne production. Translucent ruby in colour with delicate purple hues, it reveals vibrant aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry, layered with subtle floral notes of rose petals and violets.

Elegant and finely textured on the palate, the wine delivers bright red fruit flavours alongside hints of cranberry and pomegranate, supported by balanced acidity and a silky, refined mouthfeel. Subtle earthy nuances of forest floor, dried leaves and minerality reflect the influence of the Tumbarumba terroir, adding complexity and depth to the wine’s delicate fruit profile. "This pale-coloured, light-framed pinot meunier offers fabulously vibrant flavours nestled within a soft, bright, lemony palate. Accents of redcurrant, cranberry and sour cherry mingle with a touch of rhubarb, pimento and sage. It benefits from plenty of air to expand the mid-palate and elevate the aromas. Pair with tuna niçoise or salmon belly sashimi for maximum delight."

Another fine example of the wine that can be made from the cold climate region of Tumbarumba. We have been making Chardonnay from this region for over 30 years.

Aromas are delicate and refined, featuring notes of green apple, citrus, and pear, with a subtle mineral undertone. The cool climate of Tumbarumba enhances the retention of natural acidity, providing a zesty backdrop to the aromatics.

The French oak fermentation and aging impart a creamy, buttery texture, along with nuances of vanilla, toasted nuts, and a touch of spice. This combination of flavours creates a well-balanced and complex profile.

"A sultry sulfite note opens swiftly making way for sparkler dust on lemon cream icing. There is pomelo and candied lemon skin, nectarines and white peach. Zesty with linear and laser focused acidity that feels well embedded into the body of the wine, not forced but innate. A stony, pumice like minerality and a spray of tea rose florals. This is the kind of energetic Tumbarumba and modern Australian chardonnay that you could drink everyday. This will also age slowly and continue to show you more detail over the next 5-8 years. Grown and harvested in the cold climate heights of Tumbarumba, this sparkling wine is a testament to the nuances of great Australian wine making. Made with a small amount of Pinot Noir Red wine, this Chardonnay Pinot base build on the success and heritage of our iconic Dalliance Sparkling.

This sparkling challenges the concepts and designs of what we call a modern rose. The desire for a pale, dry rose is stripped back to its finest levels. Resting on triage for three years, this method style sparkling features a fine creamy bead and gentle citrus flavours perfect for celebrations.

Pinot Noir wine from Tumbarumba, made using carbonic fermentation and whole berry techniques, has a distinct and unique profile.

Appearance: Exhibiting bright, translucent ruby-red hue. This style of winemaking results in a lighter and more delicate colour compared to traditional Pinot Noirs.

Aroma: Vibrant and aromatic. You can expect a bouquet of red fruit notes such as ripe cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. The carbonic fermentation process tends to preserve the freshness of the fruit and impart intense floral and fruity scents.

Flavour: A showcase of lively and juicy characters. The whole berry and carbonic fermentation methods tend to produce a wine with a soft, approachable palate. Flavours of red berries, especially red cherries, with a touch of cranberry and pomegranate. The wine's freshness may be accompanied by a hint of herbaceous notes and subtle spice.

Texture: Thanks to carbonic maceration, this Pinot Noir has a silky-smooth and slightly lighter mouthfeel. It should be very drinkable and easy on the palate, with supple tannins.

Finish: The finish of this wine is clean and refreshing, leaving a lingering taste of red fruits and perhaps a touch of minerality. The finish will be relatively short to medium in length, in line with the lighter style of Pinot Noir produced using these methods.
