The 2022 Hilltops Malbec has earned widespread recognition on the Australian wine show circuit, receiving Silver Medals at the Small Winemakers Show, NSW Wine Awards and the Royal Queensland Wine Show. Showcasing the richness and vibrancy of the Hilltops region, this expressive Malbec displays a deep ruby-purple colour and an inviting bouquet of blackberry, plum and black cherry, complemented by delicate violet florals and subtle hints of spice, cedar and toasted oak.

On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with a smooth, velvety texture and beautifully integrated tannins that provide both balance and structure. Layers of dark fruit, blueberry and mulberry are enhanced by refreshing natural acidity, giving the wine brightness, elegance and excellent ageing potential. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering fruit and spice notes that make this Malbec equally enjoyable in its youth or after careful cellaring over the coming years.

Crafted from premium fruit grown just outside Young and Boorowa in the renowned Hilltops region, the 2022 Cabernet Malbec is a classic blend that beautifully showcases the power and elegance of these two iconic varieties. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with vibrant purple hues and opens with an expressive bouquet of blackcurrant, ripe plum and blueberry, layered with subtle hints of capsicum, mint and delicate floral notes. French oak maturation adds further complexity, bringing refined characters of vanilla, cedar and gentle spice.

Rich yet beautifully balanced, the palate delivers a medium to full-bodied expression with generous dark berry fruit, touches of blackcurrant leaf and a plush, velvety mouthfeel. The Cabernet provides structure and fine tannin grip, while the Malbec contributes softness and depth, creating a harmonious and elegant wine with vibrant natural acidity and excellent ageing potential. The finish is long and lingering, with notes of dark chocolate and espresso complementing the wine’s rich fruit profile. "A cool-climate blend that expertly melds richness and freshness. The wine draws you in with its fragrance of freshly crushed sage and hints of nasturtium. The redcurrant and dark cherry fruit have beautiful clarity and intensity, propped up with lively acidity and seamless tannin. The wine finishes with freshness rather than sweet fruit on the back palate, giving it somewhat of a Euro-flair."

From the Hunter Valley, a warm vintage shaped by gentle ripening and well-timed rainfall has produced a wine with both intensity and finesse. Aromatic and lifted, it opens with lemon, tangerine, and white blossom, layered with soft herbal and honeysuckle notes.

The palate is bright and finely textured, showing citrus and stone fruit with a savoury edge. Crisp acidity and a mineral finish keep it clean, long, and incredibly food-friendly.

The 2024 Tempranillo has already earned outstanding recognition, taking home a Gold Medal at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show 2025 and a Bronze Medal at the Royal Sydney Wine Show 2025.

This Hilltops Shiraz is a refined expression of site, season, and careful winemaking.

Hand-harvested in the cool of early morning from select blocks across our Dalwood and Sweetwater Vineyards, the fruit was picked for freshness and balance before being matured for 12 months in French oak barriques (50% new, with the remainder in seasoned oak). The result is a Shiraz that layers subtle spice and oak complexity over vibrant, expressive fruit.

In the glass, it’s deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and plum lead into notes of black pepper, clove, and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, with dark fruit, hints of dark chocolate and espresso, and silky tannins carrying through to a long, composed finish.

A beautifully structured Shiraz with both generosity and restraint.
