I am herewith authorising Hungerford Hill to enrol me as a wine club member and to debit my credit card with the appropriate sums prior to dispatch of my wine.
I certify that I am over 18 years of age.
I understand that by accepting these Terms and Conditions I am joining Hungerford Hill’s Wine club for a minimum duration of 12 months and a minimum of 3 Member packs ( in addition to my joining pack ) and that it is an ongoing subscription.
If my membership is cancelled prior to this ( and with agreement from Hungerford Hill ) I agree that any difference in the discounted amount of my packs over the period, may be charged to my credit card.
I agree to give one month’s notice in writing if I am to cancel my wine delivery.
By providing my contact details , I am also subscribing to receive future special offers, promotions and information about special events ( either by phone or digitally ) from Hungerford Hill or their representatives until such time as I request this to stop.
Should I wish to opt out at any time I understand that I shall give notice in writing to do so.
Any wine packs already processed and in transit will be accepted by me.
Hungerford Hill will provide you with appropriate contact details every time we communicate with you.
Your details will remain yours and may only be shared with our representatives for the purpose of communicating Hungerford Hill offers only. They will not be sold or rented to any other companies.
