The 2017 Sweetwater Estate Shiraz and Cabernet blocks were picked on the 18th and 27th February. The warm dry 2017 vintage resulted in beautifully ripe and pristine fruit. Deep red with plum, blackberry, sage and cassis aromas with fine grained tannins.
