Botrytis Semillon is a sweet white wine produced from the Semillon grape variety that has been affected by the noble rot fungus, Botrytis cinerea. This beneficial mold causes the grapes to dehydrate and concentrates the sugars, resulting in a luscious and intensely flavored wine.

Bright mid gold with green hues, the lifted bouquet displays rich dried apricots with a lime marmalade character. A luscious and rich palate shows beautifully integrated toasty oak with lemon citrus acidity to balance the richness and finish clean.

The Hunter Valley in New South Wales, Australia, is renowned for its production of Botrytis Semillon. The region's warm and humid climate, combined with morning fog and cooler evenings, provides favorable conditions for the development of Botrytis cinerea on the grapes. This contributes to the unique character and quality of the wine.
