Preservative Free - Club

The vintage was warm and dry in the lower Hunter Valley, resulting in beautifully ripe Semillon with fragrant lemon and lime fruit and crisp natural acidity. Being preservative free this wine is best enjoyed as a young wine, it is not suitable for cellaring.

Hailing from the high-altitude region of Tumbarumba ensures this Chardonnay has intense fruit characters of peach and honeydew melon, while a small amount of malolactic fermentation has lead to a creamy palate.

Made in the nouveau style for an early release, this fruit driven opulent looking shiraz stands out as something fresh and new, not the sweaty saddle of Hunter Shiraz past. Plum and blackberry fruits on a smooth and long palate. Best enjoyed young, a wine for now, not then.
