Late Harvest Vermentino

Vermentino is naturally late ripening and revels in the warm climate of the lower Hunter Valley. In vintage 2021 we allowed the Vermentino from our St Vernay vineyard next to the Hungerford Hill cellar door to fully ripen and turn golden in  the late summer sun. The resulting wine is aromatic with ripe peach and melon characters, well balanced sweetness and a soft finish. Serve chilled.
