Semillon from the Hunter Valley is a distinctive and unique wine. Pale, vibrant and light bodied when young and develops incredible texture, richness and complexity with bottle age.

The warm dry 2020 vintage allowed perfectly ripe fruit resulting in a wine with aromas of lemon peel and lemon curd combined with a finely textured palate and bright acidity.

This wine is bottle fermented in the traditional Methode Champenoise and displays a complex and lively palate possessing a creamy with honeydew melon flavours followed by a crisp and lively palate.

The palate is in the Hunter Valley medium bodied style and does not disappoint with lashings of juicy cherry fruit integrated with fine tannins throughout the palate and a fresh lingering acidity. The wine is combination of flavour, softness and lightness.

A dark amber colour. Has intense raisined muscat fruit characters with considerable complexity. Displays rich luscious muscat fruit flavours typical of this classic fortified dessert style.

Deep purple red with a nose of chocolate, earthy spice and blood plum, this follows with an incredibly smooth creamy palate with blackberry and plum fruit and dense supple tannins and a long fruit dominated finish.
