Inspired by the original plantings, the Tempranillo & Touriga are now back in this historic vineyard, reviving the property of this rich history. 2022 is the second harvest in the this recent chapter for the vineyard producing a savoury and medium bodied dry red.

The decision to pick both Tempranillo and Touriga grapes simultaneously and co-ferment them showcases the winemaking team's innovative approach, resulting in a wine of exceptional character and complexity.

Dalwood Estate Shiraz is from the rich red soils of the Hunter Valley. The 2022 vintage was cool with ample rainfall, ripe fruit was picked in early February. Deeply coloured with red fruits and spice followed by a seamless palate with well integrated oak.

In appearance, the wine is a deep and alluring hue, hinting at its concentration and depth. The rich red soils have imparted a remarkable intensity to the colour, inviting the eye to explore further.

Nestled in the embrace of sandy loam soils, this Semillon showcases the influence of its surroundings in its every facet. The 2024 vintage, marked by its cool temperatures and generous rainfall, has lent a compelling identity to the wine.

Fiano is known for producing aromatic and texturally rich wines, often characterized by a combination of floral, citrus, and herbal notes. 

1. Colour: Hints of straw on the rim, alluding to it's youth and vibrancy 
2. Aromas: The wine offers a complex bouquet of aromas. Expect vibrant citrus notes, such as lemon and tangerine, intermingled with floral scents like white blossoms and hints of honeysuckle. Herbal undertones, reminiscent of fresh herbs like thyme or mint, might also be present.
3. Palate: On the palate, our Fiano displays a delightful balance between zesty acidity and a slightly oily texture. The wine's light body carries flavours of ripe stone fruits like peach and apricot, supported by tangy citrus flavours.  Dalwood Estate Chardonnay grows in sandy loam soil on the south bank of the Hunter River. The fruit was hand picked in late January and is exotic, with ripe flavours of peach and melon, and a creamy palate with well-integrated oak.
