Sourced from the Revee Vineyard in Tumbarumba, this Single Vineyard Chardonnay captures the purity and elegance of one of Australia’s premier cool-climate wine regions. Nestled in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, the vineyard’s high altitude and cool nights help create exceptional balance, freshness and complexity.

Pale straw in colour with youthful green hues, the wine opens with inviting aromas of white peach, ripe fig, citrus and pear, layered with subtle mineral notes. The palate is rich yet refined, combining vibrant natural acidity with flavours of honeydew melon, grapefruit and green apple.

French oak fermentation and maturation add texture and depth, bringing creamy roasted nut characters, hints of vanilla and spice, and the added complexity of wild fermentation. The result is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with a long, elegant finish of citrus, gentle oak and fine mineral notes.

A perfect match for roasted poultry, seafood and creamy pasta dishes, this Chardonnay is both expressive and sophisticated, showcasing the distinctive character of Tumbarumba’s cool-climate terroir.
