Classic Fiano Hilltops 2025
Regular price $30.00Fiano is known for producing aromatic and texturally rich wines, often characterised by a combination of floral, citrus, and herbal notes.
The 2025 vintage in the Hunter Valley was warm. Periods of mild weather through ripening helped preserve natural acidity while encouraging flavour concentration. Well-timed rainfall earlier in the season supported healthy canopy growth, followed by favourable harvest conditions that enabled fruit to be picked at optimal maturity. The resulting wines show vibrant fruit character, balanced acidity, and a refined texture, reflecting the distinctive style and regional character.
This vintage is pale gold with hints of straw. The nose shows bright aromas of lemon, tangerine, and white blossom, layered with subtle herbal and honeysuckle notes. The palate is light to medium-bodied, combining zesty citrus, stone fruit, and savoury herbal nuances with a gentle, textural richness. A crisp minerality and lingering lemony acidity provide balance and length.
