The Cabernet Sauvignon blocks at Sweetwater were picked on the 13th and 23rd of February 2018. The warm and dry 2018 vintage resulted in beautifully ripe concentrated fruit. Deep red with blackberry, tobacco and cassis aromas and a fleshy palate with fine grained tannins.
