Sparkling Blanc de Noir

A lively sparkling derived entirely from the red Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier varieties. A subtle pale blush, with a fine persistent beading in the glass. A fresh and clean nose with hints of florals and bright red fruits. In the mouth, its texture is supple and light, with a crisp refreshing finish.

N/V Cardinal Sparkling Shiraz

Medium deep red in colour with a fine bead. The aroma is abound with savoury leather, spice and plumb and hints of forest floor whilst the palate is soft, round, luscious and creamy.
