Pinot Noir from the cool climate of Tumbarumba is fragrant with red cherries and spice, blended with the ripe blackberry and plum fruit of Hunter Valley Shiraz. The resultant wine is a seamless blend of the two varieties which has both character and elegance.
Picked at night and gently pressed to maintain it’s freshness and natural acidity. Exhibiting a fragrance of green apple, unripe melon and honeysuckle and fresh bread. Delicate palate with a clean crisp finish.
