Hayden has enormous passion and commitment and ensures that Terroir Restaurant continues to live up to the reputation that Hungerford Hill has created over the years as a leading food and wine destination in the Hunter Valley. The Terroir Bar & Dining concept brings an elemental alternative to fine dining, with the introduction of all day, casual dining available 7 days in both the Wine Bar and Terrace. Chef, Hayden Ellerton, has created a contemporary, lighter style menu with options to suit all. The new offering is perfect for a quick bite to eat, something a little more substantial, or create your own degustation from the tasting plate selection. Couple this with a drop from our award-winning global wine list and you have an indulgent afternoon of alfresco dining.
